No. Clients are not required to bring anything to the appointment all products are provided. If a client has a product that they want to use such as a lipstick or foundation because they are only comfortable using that product then that is fine but it does not change the price.
I do not do partial services. The entire look has to represent my work therefore it has to be done by me from start to finish.
All services include eyelashes and can be denied if that is your preference.
Disclaimer: Even if the client has lashes on or requests a look with no lashes the price remains the same. No exceptions.
We use a wide range of products majority of which are high end, cruelty free, and long lasting such as: Estee Lauder, Lancôme, Huda Beauty, IT Cosmetics, Fenty Beauty, Pat McGrath Labs, Mac Cosmetics, Urban Decay Cosmetics, Juvias Place, Stila, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Beauty blender, Buxom, Bobbi Brown, Clinique, MILK Makeup, La Pro Girl, Morphe, Tarte , NARs etc.
Makeup application should last up to 9 hours without touchups at minimum (except for lipstick/lipgloss especially after eating). Several clients have testified to their makeup lasting up to 12 hours. All services are tailored to each skin type so please communicate that with the artist.
Yes! Any travel under an hour is in the booking section & should be added at checkout. Any travel over 1.5 hours or that requires taking a flight will have to be specially requested & discussed through email/DM
A lateness fee of $10 will be charged for lateness over 30 minutes. Any excessive lateness might be asked to reschedule/cancel depending on the availability. Please communicate properly if you will be late.
We pride ourselves in punctuality! However a reduction of $10 will be taken off of the total sum of the appointment if it exceeds 30 minutes The artist will make sure to communicate any lateness.
A 50% deposit is required for every appointment including the price of the travel fee. The other 50% is paid after the service. All forms of payment are taken.
Please note: No 50% deposits allowed on appointments made 12 hours or less. If in the event an appointment is allowed on short notice (12 hours or less) the full amount needs to be sent before the appointment or the time is not guaranteed ( 75% payment will be refunded if there's cancellation after that)
To get your full deposit refunded you must cancel AT LEAST 24 hours before your appointment. Other wise 25% will be refunded.
Bridal and bridesmaid deposits are nonrefundable if date of event is less than 21 days of cancellation request.
Bridal bookings should be booked one month ahead of time; pre wedding trials can be booked as early as 4 months ahead of the wedding date. Teaching and photoshoot bookings should be booked 2 weeks in advance. All other bookings should have a 72 hour notice but there's always exceptions by availability.
Please refrain from wearing any makeup products before the appointment; just come prepared with a cleansed face.
Each booking time depends on the type of the service which is listed in the booking section of the website. The artist will arrive in time to set up the makeup station and ring light which will take approximately 10 minutes.
Yes! Right under the appointment section you will see an option to buy an electronic gift card for any amount. This can be used to pay for future bookings
